# DROPLET Poster Session

～ On-chip User Meeting ～

## Call for Poster Presenters and Audience

On-chip Biotechnologies is pleased to announce the DROPLET Poster Session to promote the field of Droplet.   
Anyone interested in Droplet or our technology is welcome to attend.  
Please apply by filling out the registration form after confirming the outline and presentation format.

Deadline for presenter applications  
and abstract submission  
November 30, 2024 (Sat)

Audience Application Deadline  
January 17, 2025 (Fri)

## On-chip Poster Grand Prize

After the session, each presentation will be reviewed and the Poster Grand Prize will be selected.   
Grand and second prize winners will be presented with certificates and commemorative gifts.  
Please look forward to it!

Poster Session: 10:00 - 16:45  
Reception: 17:00 - 19:00  
\*Lunch will be provided for all participants.

Location  
Akihabara UDX 6F D & E room  
(14-1, Sotokanda 4-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan)

Participation Fee  
Poster Session: Free of charge  
Reception: 1,000 yen

There are no checkrooms or coin lockers in the venue.  
Please take care of your belongings by yourself.

- **Short Presentation**
  
  You will be asked to give a 3-minute presentation about your poster content.
- **Poster Standard**
  
  We will provide an environment for you to display your A0 size poster. Any format is acceptable as long as it fits in the space.   
  Posters should be prepared in either Japanese or English.

After filling in the form and pressing the submit button, the abstract format will be automatically sent to the address you have registered.   
If you wish to present your paper, please fill out the abstract and send it to the address below by November 30, 2024.
